Description
An amino acid that prevents the destruction of muscle tissue during exercise and also accelerates recovery after training.
Adults: Add 6 g of the mixture (1 measuring spoon) to 200-250 ml of water or juice, mix thoroughly (recommended in a shaker) until a homogeneous mass is formed. When using juice, the energy value increases. Use in addition to the main diet before training. Recommended daily intake: 1 serving.
