DUPHALAC LACTULOSE ORAL SOLUTION 300 ML
Intended use:
– Constipation: regulation of the physiological function of the colon
– Cases of softening the stool for medical reasons (varicose veins of the anus, after
surgery on the colon or anus)
Action
– Lactulose reaches the large intestine unchanged, where it decomposes through the bacterial flora into organic acids. – this leads to a decrease in the pH of feces, activation of fermentation and osmotic mechanisms, and acceleration of colon peristalsis. – lactulose also multidirectionally affects the metabolism of ammonia in the body
Active substance: lactulosum
Composition
– 15 ml of the preparation contains: – 10 g lactulose, – up to 1.65 g galactose – and 0.9 g lactose, – and traces of other sugars

Duphalac is an oral solution, which is a clear, viscous liquid, colorless to brownish-yellow.
