Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bones in children. Vitamins A, B12, B6, C, D and folic acid contribute to the normal function of the immune system. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, vitamins A, D, and folic acid have a role in the process of cell division and specialization.

Children from the age of 4 years, adolescents, and adults take 1 ml daily before a meal (see graduation marks on dropper). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
